This package allows you to enjoy a stress-free engagement and a memorable wedding day. Services include budget creation and management, venue selection, vendor referrals, management & meetings, food & beverage arrangements & tastings, theme, styling, guest accommodations, transportation arrangements, walkthroughs, seating assignments, seating charts, signage, programs, event timeline, Day-of-Coordination and Event Management and more. Planning services start with an initial consultation to fully understand your vision and what is important to you. This covers planning help from at least 12 months prior to the wedding date until the conclusion of the wedding reception.
Partial-Service Planning Package
This is for the Couple that wants to be more involved and has a vision and wants the dedicated support of an experienced planner to assist with the remaining vendors, menu selections, or final touches. The package allows you to enjoy a stress-free and memorable wedding day. A customized package will be created based on the details you need assistance with from budget, venue selection, vendor referrals, and management, vendor meetings, food & beverage arrangements & tastings, theme, styling, guest accommodations, transportation arrangements, walkthroughs, seating assignments, seating charts, signage, programs, event timeline, Day-of-Coordination and Event Management and more. Planning services start with an initial consultation to fully understand your vision and what is important to you. This covers planning help from at least 2 months prior to the wedding date until the conclusion of the wedding reception.
Day-of-Event Coordination/Event Management Package
This is for the Couple who has booked the venue & vendors, planned every detail, sent out the invitations, and wants the dedicated support of an experienced planner to coordinate all the specifics planned for the wedding day. This package allows you to enjoy a stress-free and memorable wedding day. Based on your needs, a customized package will be designed to assist with managing and executing all the details you have planned for your wedding day from vendor management and coordination, event timeline creation, and execution, to Day-of-Wedding Coordination and Management and more. This covers planning help from 1 month prior to the wedding date until the conclusion of the wedding reception.
Event Styling
Our Event Stylist will work closely with you to develop a cohesive look and feel for your wedding to ensure your vision comes to life. Planning services begin with a virtual initial consultation to fully understand your vision and what is important to you. From here, a personalized inspiration board will be created to generate the wedding design and décor concept to make sure everything looks the way you are envisioning for your wedding.
Wedding Consultation
This is for the DIY couple that wants to handle everything themselves, including Day-of-Coordination, but wants the support of a trusted advisor to provide money-saving strategies and advice and create the Wedding Day Timeline to ensure a successful and stress-free celebration.
